1. Services Provided

Ynot Digital Photography LLC provides photography-related services, which may include portrait sessions, event coverage, family photography, and business/brand photography. Scope and deliverables are confirmed before each booking.

2. Booking and Scheduling

Session dates and times are scheduled based on availability. Ynot Digital Photography LLC may require advance confirmation and timely client communication to finalize planning details.

3. Payments and Fees

Pricing, deposits, and remaining balances are communicated before service delivery. Ynot Digital Photography LLC reserves the right to pause or cancel services for unpaid balances, subject to any terms stated in your booking agreement.

4. Image Delivery and Usage

Final edited images are delivered according to the agreed timeline. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Ynot Digital Photography LLC retains rights to creative work while clients receive usage rights for personal or approved business use.

5. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show terms may vary by booking type. Ynot Digital Photography LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes when notice is provided in advance.
